Add some delicious, mouth watering sides like our Memphis style cole slaw, our unique chili rice, our richly flavored BBQ beans, or nearly world famous pasta salad, and you and your guests have quite a spread!
All food is prepared freshly on-site, and you get to customize the menu based on your group or event. Have a little fun with wood fired BBQ pizza, or go top end with our amazing steaks, smoked salmon, or specialty sausages. Even special dietary needs can be accommodated with advanced notice.
