FIRE CHAMBER 9 HOT SAUCE
When our chilihead tasting panel kept whining for a hotter sauce, we gave them the first version of Fire Chamber 9. Dopey us thought that including 1,000,000 Scoville unit extract would do the trick, especially since we blended FC9 from the same zesty spices in Caliente, then added a little chipotle to give it a smoky, earthy kick. Were they happy? Noooooo. So we doubled the amount of extract. You'd think being just a notch below the popularly called "Ghost Pepper" would satisfy the tongue of our pepper pals... Nope. So we doubled it again. They stopped whining. Buck up and try some, but please be aware, although this sauce has the fantastic taste our hot sauces are famous for, it packs one heck of a wallop! 5oz $5.95
